I never fly First or Biz, so I feel like those guys are subsidizing my travel. Sure you are paying for better service, flexible tickets, etc. However, is it really worth the price differential most of the time to your business?
So you are flying in cargo department where airlines provide minimal service nowadays.
I rather have my first class seat and couple of bottles of Krug to make to flight passable.
