Programs: Honestly, I've been out of the travel game so long that I'm not even sure. Maybe Marriott Gold?

You're right - I cannot see all of the employees. But if I can clearly see that the one who's making my food has a dripping nose, I think I'll pass. Why take a chance on something that's in plain sight?
