You are breaching FT rules by posting airline staff names in your post.

With regards to the extra passenger, there is no way that BA or its insurer would allow that plane to depart with a poisonous animal loose in the passenger cabin. Sounds like the staff in NCE did not handle the situation very well, but it also sounds like you were not being totally rational yourself.
