I have tried them this month based on this two year old thread and my experience has been OK.

Their prices were very good - there were no hidden surprises, they replied quickly and issued e-tickets the next day after they charged my card.

The first time I booked with them they wanted me to fax my credit card and passport to them to protect them from card fraud, I suppose.

Subsequent bookings did not require this.

I did 3 return TG bookings with them and they did them all with a 2 business day turn-around and without any errors.

One booking I needed to make a change (due to my fault) after the e-ticket was issued and this has been pending for over a week now, so after-sale service is a little slack.
