Returned about a week ago from a 7 night stay booked on the 25% off rate. After all the promotions, I would earned at least 35000 points (just from promotions that I was sent).

Stay posted yesterday as 0 points with 0 nights. Very disappointed as the advance purchase was just €5 per night extra but didn't include breakfast (didn't really want it anyway).

Emailed PC and they just quoted the usual non-qualifying rate paragraph.

I have earned points on the 25% rate on all previous stays at other hotels, but just not at this one hotel.

Should I be chasing PC further or does the 25% rate not give points?
