I have noticed a slight increase in call completion problems (mobile to mobile within Thailand) of late, but no where near as bad as it was ~ 1 year ago when you had to re-dial a minimum of 10 times to get a call to go through. There were a lot of issues with the gateways, and associated charges, in/among the various servie providers, which have been addressed. Now maybe 5% of my calls do not go through on the first try, and I get a recording telling me that the dialed number is "unavailable". Not sure if that issue is affecting in-bound calls?
