Jealous just because you don't qualify for some other more useful citizenship?
I know lots of "natural born Canadians" with 2nd citizenships, even those who are children of "natural born Canadians".
And isn't it about time the US and Canada start checking passports upon departing the country too? How else can one keep track of visitors who overstay their visas?!
Why bother? if they want to leave, leave the gates open. Prosecute them for overstaying and it'll cost you lots.
