No worries here--I lost (temporarily, as it was found by the time I left, just no way to get it on time) my Canadian passport while flying to UK--luckily I had my UK passport to travel on. When I returned to Canada, I said I am Canadian but didn't have my Canadian passport with me. Had Driver's Licence, credit cards and UK passport-a little look of consternation from the officer but no problem getting home
