I bought a Travelpro Walkabout Lite 21" earlier last year, anticipating that my cheap-o "Dockers" brand 21" carry-on would give up the ghost at some point, which it did after about 1 year in service.

I put the Tralvepro in service sometime around April. It looked good, felt sturdy, and lasted a whopping 3 months, when the inner part of the handle (inside the frame) unexpectedly broke.

I honestly don't think that my handling of carry-on's has changed any in the last 5 years, so I don't think it was my fault. I really believe it was the product that was cheaply/poorly designed.

Anyways, I give this junker a 4/10. You can do a whole lot better for about the same money.
