Which bit of the fare conditions exactly are hard to understand?

No changes permitted
No upgrades permitted
The fare is not refundable

It seems fairly black and white to me.

There was also an option to Increase flexibility from £2885*

Do you need to be able to change your travel plans?
Why not increase the flexibility of your ticket?
