Found the AF record locator and booked our Biz Class seats via the AF web site.
Took a while to find out how (enter names, etc on the AF site) but after I had the info, it went quickly.

AF seats "assigned" on the website are not always "confirmed". I suggest that you call AF and ask them to confirm the seats you chose.
