I made 1K extension...it took about a week after having flown 50,001 miles this calendar year for my account to reflect the status.

Don't hold me to this, but I understand that the magical day is Friday-- that's when the MP computers do a "sweep" and complete their weekly updates. At least that's what a PremEx Desk agent told me.
