I guess tomorrow (17th) is the moment of truth... I'm 1 for 3 with avis for 10049 showing on the receipt. I can confirm though that i've had mixed results with having promo miles show up on the receipt for Budget and they posted every time (previous promos). It was either 5050 miles or no mention of ff miles at all on the receipt, but both got me the bonus. I would say if your receipt shows only 50 miles there's a good chance it won't go through. 10049's good to go and skymiles number but no mention of miles earned i think you have a good shot.

Personally i think i screwed myself by using a certificate after listening to Delta's email response telling me it was OK even though Avis puts it in the coupon field on their end. Delta said: "When you book your car via our website, a discount code or amount may not be entered. Consequently, this should not affect your eligibility for this promotion." The 1 of 3 that showed 10049 was the one where i didn't use a cert. But i still have some faith because i think the extra lines containing the cert information on the receipt might be what's pushing the ff miles earned line off into oblivion. calling avis yielded nothing of value.
