Guys, seriously, please dont buy Canon just because it is Canon ! This is coming from a guy who had four Canon cameras before, including SLR's. Most people are after vivid, colorful prints, and there are better digicams out there for less price. Personally , I highly recommend Pentax Optio A30 or A40 for those who like to travel light. I bought two of them last year, I like them so much, and happily replaced my last Canon (570IS) . The only major disadvatage of the Pentax is that you have to reset the date every time you replace a battery, which dont last very long (I just carry a spare).
