So UA is going to restore NRT-TPE after they axe SFO-TPE. I was looking at the flight schedule and found something strange.

NRT-TPE (NH) Dept 18:20 Arrv 20:50
NRT-TPE (UA) Dept 18:45 Arrv 22:00

Is UA's plane slower than NH (joke) or is this another way to manipulate schedule so they can always tell people that "we are on-time"?
