All I can say is I hope they DO cut MEM as a NW international arrival point

Just went through MEM again arriving on the NW AMS flight (only because of reroute). All I can say is what a JOKE of an entry point. RUDE immigration agent, baggage belt broke down so waited for bags to come up on the ONE belt with 2 international flights, ONE customs agent serving both flights and TSA agents were as RUDE as I have ever encountered in a US arrival point. BYE MEM!!!
