I just noticed that this center existed after checking in online for my flight yesterday and suddenly due to business reasons needed to rebook a flight to the next day. It took me almost 30 minutes and 5 consecutive flights to reach an "officer" as they call it. Has anyone had the same frustrating experience... Why can't the MPC handle the 'un' checking in of a passenger? I had to call the e-service 5 times.. uncheckin, then call the MPC to linku up the eticket.. all this hassle for just 1 day of change.. what a level of service..i had thought they would streamline their service to one phone call.
