I usually sit in aisle seats so I couldn't tell you an exact time. To me it seems that I start to first notice daylight as we enter European airspace outside of Ireland.

Since your flight arrives later in the morning, you will probably hit daylight a bit earlier - perhaps around the Iceland area. This would leave you with ~3.5 hours of daylight.

I've never taken this exact route, but perhaps somebody here who has can chime in with more accurate info.
