I noticed that this "STBY" has appeared on some of my bag tags & bag receipts for some trips and not on other trips.

STBY even appeared at the Gold Medallion level, so I question whether it relates to Silver Medallion, and appeared where I believed that the upgrade had been confirmed in advance.
