Business doesnt seem to have any restrictions J to I.
On the Airbus 320 there are not that many desirable seats in the Finnair layout anyway. I'd only go for the emergency exit rows in Y.

The first row of Y has additional width on the A - C side on the 319 but absolutely no difference on the 320 plus you have the curtain rubbing your nose.

And then you are quite likely to get bus transfer anyway at many outstations.
