Quick check on expertflyer economy seat maps and on the A320 they block 5-7 and 10-11 as standard ("bulkhead"+1 and emergency exit+1). I assume the front rows in case they need to move the business curtain. Some row 7s are available for YBH, but for cheaper economy they block off most, if not all, of rows 7-9 as well. Conclusion: perk of YBH is row 7-9 availability. They don't extend this courtesy to one-world elite, though maybe Finnair Plus do get this benefit?
Business doesnt seem to have any restrictions J to I.
On the Airbus 320 there are not that many desirable seats in the Finnair layout anyway. I'd only go for the emergency exit rows in Y.
The first row of Y has additional width on the A - C side on the 319 but absolutely no difference on the 320 plus you have the curtain rubbing your nose.
And then you are quite likely to get bus transfer anyway at many outstations.
