many airport agents simply aren't trained in how to help a customer purchase a ticket...utterly ridiculous, and it has frustrated me several times

I think it was part of the cost-cutting from the last BK (skimp on the training, just like their phone CS...everything can be booked from .bomb anyways, right?

When I have made changes, or had new tickets issued, from SFO, LAX and SAN, I would either get blown off or repeated bounced around until they could find an agent who actually knew how.
