I have seen them on my flight from BNE-AKL on the 26th June this year. There were two men dressed in green colour shirt with dark green jacket, one is young and the other one is rather old. I was sitting upstairs; they never came up to tell us that they are the in-flight concierge people or what service they have. Then I was chatting with a crew and was told these two are new; the FSM heard I was talking to the crew about these concierge people and asked me if I wanted to test their knowledge then I refused coz I lived here for 8 years
