I have called UA again and this time was told that the reason why they couldn't issue this ticket is because it exceeds MPM. (Sigh)..... This is the first time I've heard such rule. Has anyone ever had the agent bypassed this restriction? I really want to fly to NGO instead of landing at NRT and catch a shinkansen.
