A few weeks ago I seem to recall seeing a platform across trhe street from the old Gostinitsa Leningradskaya (soon to be a Hilton) with three daily departures to DME. Is this the first stage of the new terminus you note?
I saw these signs too. I think it means an additional terminus, not necessarily a new terminus.

Regarding the SVO service, they seem to have more trains now, but some of them are not the new red air conditioned trains that are supposed to be on the route. I rode a white train from SVO the other day. This train was in rather sad condition (including a smashed-up nose) and had no air conditioning. The service did depart and arrive on time. The SVO station is still undergoing construction, with some of the stores (Starbucks & The Body Shop) being fitted and stocked as I walked by.
