F&M has just finished a rather substantial refurbishment, and tea there is now quite the event. However, I have a difficult time not thinking of Loblaws when I shop there, as F&M is owned by the Westons - .

Brown's Hotel does a v smart tea, with both Taittinger or Taittinger Rose on offer - nice.
