Carlsbad, my fave hometown airport. I know it well! I know your question was hypothetical, and I feel like the little kid throwing my hand in the air saying "teacher, I know the answer!" I believe we currently have 7 flights/day to and from Los Angeles on United Express. That's all I ever take, but there are also a couple flights on HP Express that go to Vegas.
On a more serious note, I admire you for grace under fire to rebook so many people while doing your best to keep them happy.
