See, it wasn't like that in September, it went to the same counter, but there were dedicated agents on the left side for the Gold counter service and other agents on the right side, the individuals from the right (non-Gold) never saw the gold service reps.
That would certainly be better. But what would really be better is a big "name in lights" board so we can just go right to our cars like every other big station. I mean, I sorta thought that was the whole point of #1 Gold - no waiting in line and all that.
