I did on a recent domestic booking.Long story short.....
Maria at AE said there was nothing she could do because I had noforwarding issue from IT (the code saying there was a problem and would not waive fee to book by phone).Transfered to technical where they could not figure out why I wa getting what I was seeing,they agreed with me but said that there was nothing they could do.Transferred me to Customer Solutions where I told Peggy of my 1/2 hour discussions to date and she said,"lets quit wasting your time" and booked me the seats I wanted on the 4 segments I requested that were on wide open flights.The $30.00 booking fee was waived.
