Select Outrigger Hotels & Resorts and OHANA Hotels & Resorts in Waikiki now offer easy on-site kiosk check-in for Hawaiian Airlines domestic and international flights. If you are ticketed on Hawaiian Airlines, avoid long lines at the airport by checking out of your room and checking in for your flight in the hotel lobby. Hawaiian Airlines Hele On kiosks are located the near the hotel registration desks. Non-hotel guests are welcome to use this service also.


* Flight check-in is available at these locations:
Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach 7 am - 11 am
Outrigger Reef on the Beach 7 am - 11 am
OHANA East 7 am - 11 am
* Hawaiian Airlines Customer Service personnel are available during this time to receive luggage, assist with kiosk check-in, and distribute boarding passes and luggage tags.
* Fee for luggage delivery to the airport is 5 USD per bag or 15 USD per family (up to 4 passengers in one itinerary). Hawaiian Airlines will process luggage through agriculture and security inspections at Honolulu International Airport.
* Passengers with no luggage may check-in for flights and receive a boarding pass free of charge.
* At the airport, passengers go straight through security to their departure gate and pick up their luggage upon arrival at their destination.
