I've made several FHR reservations and had them charged to my SPG AMEX. Sometimes the PTS agent told me it was not possible, however a little persistence convinced them otherwise. You should know that each of the few FHR reservations that I've made required a refundable deposit charged at time of reservation, so make sure they know that it will be going on another card from the get go.
