I have flown on them internally three times this past winter and the flights were all ok. More or less on time, totally clean, etc. The airport in Cairo is primitive for domestic flights, but is extremely modern and attractive.at Sharm, where Bush, African Union leaders etc go when the they go to Egypt, rather than risk the chaos of Cairo (like foreign leaders who when as a group they come to Canada , are sent to Montebello or Deerhurst rather than risk a real Canadian city).
However, unloading baggage took a very very irritatingly long time, but not worse than Ottawa or Vancouver. Maybe a CIDA project could improve things in both countries.
