And when a hotel is categorized as a Cat3 property, that should be based on the RevPAR of the standard room alone. The number of points required for a standard room should not be skewed by the higher price of a whole bunch of premium rooms. @:-)

If the standard room really will be going for $79 on an ongoing basis, then the element Lexington should not be a Cat3 property, IMHO.
