I think you usually get a better rate for exchanging TCs rather than cash but you probably have paid a fee to purchase TCs in the first place.
Thanks a lot for the info. My fee for purchasing TC is waived by my bank . Looks like TC is the way to go if I don't want to use ATM (I hate not knowing the rate when I get the money)
