It's one of our favourite topics here!

Am just in the empty F lounge at IAD, they've put in a computer (and free wi-fi) since I was last here but there is one very serious problem. The phone they've installed next to the PC has some speed dial buttons. Two of which are titled as 'British Air Reservations' and 'British Air Holidays'.

Picture of this travesty to come when I get to England!
