Another warm welcome Dogs_Ears_Up!

Now, I don't want to be a pain, but what do the concierges actually do? The official line for NZ was to help pax with general enquiries to free up FA's to do their job. The way I take that is answer questions about the arrival point, help with immigration forms etc. I also understand that you will introduce yourself and see how business class pax and elites are enjoying the flight or something similar?

What I wonder is how many pax actually have questions about their destination to warrant a concierge and from your point of view (as a concierge) what you are required to do during the flight?

Would be good to get an insiders view since NZ is the first in the world to put concierge's on airlines so no one on here really has any idea/experience with it?

Much Appreciated,
Harry
