Yes, you're right, and that's what I plan on doing. But I got a little irritated with the response I got that "the airport" makes the decision.
And this was not an ICC, by the way, just a clueless customer service rep . . . or so I thought, until I asked for a supervisor and got the same response.
This "pass the buck" attitude on the part of the airline only makes things worse . . . so, back to my original question, who
is in charge???
