I have to say I am a little confused by the Hertz station at TPA. It's not like it's a small airport or anything. There is no #1 Gold anything there, just a roped off line for you to wait in to talk to the counter agents.
The agents there are pretty good IME, but what the heck is going on with that? Even at smaller airports that I've been to recently, like BUF, ORF, there is at least a #1 Gold kiosk or booth out by the cars.
(I just loathe waiting in line while Fred and Myrtle are having every single detail of their rental gone over ad nauseum, that's all)
