i booked also a stay at the 4points next week for 2 nights.
but i don't received any e-mail about an upgrade for the sheraton.
so i called the plat concierge today and asked about this sheraton offer. she didn't know anything about it and offered me to call the 4points direct by her.
what should i say: i got the upgrade for the sheraton for my stay!

i'm very happy......
thx again, also for the perfect service of the concierge and of course the starwood preferred guest program!!!
