justforfun, you have three options:
1. Purchase the flights as originally planned and travel LHR-DEL in Club World;
2. Separate the BA from non-BA operated flights, ticket individually and upgrade the LHR-DEL ticket to First;
3. Purchase an all BA itinerary and upgrade all sectors. I understand, this may not be a viable option.
