So here's something I've been wondering. In the coupon connection forum you'll often see people saying they have 75K UA miles for trade for, say, 75K Marriott points.

I was under the impression that you could only transfer up to 15K per MP number? And that also, if you did this it would be a fee of $260 due to the .015 per mile and flat $35 fee.

Am I missing something? How can you transfer >15K UA miles to/from someone and avoid a fee?
