Apologies for being dense, but could you expound on that a bit? Was this one of the infamous cases of seat finder saying there were seats available, but there were zero flights with standard award seats listed on the next screen? If so and you were then able to book by phone,that is huge news. We've always assumed seat finder is just badly broken, but if seat finder is correct and the next page is incorrect, we need to know that!

I'm probably getting my hopes up too high...
