If you go back into the booking, and select OLCI, what does it say against her booking - "already checked in"? If so, again nothing to worry about. In which case you should have the options to P/F/EM her BP.

If it says "check-in unavailable", then likely she is not checked in.
When I was pro-actively moved to a new flight the other day by BA (because my original one had been cancelled) ^ I noticed that when I went to do OLCI it said I was already checked in but there was no option to P/F/EM my BP. Not seen that before.

I proceeded to a SSCI machine at MAN the next morning (they are no longer dedicated BA only machines by the way, it's one machine for multiple airlines ) and "computer says no" when I tried to get a BP. Walked over to an agent and she printed one out for me without any problems and gave me a e-ticket receipt as well. All very weird.
