On a recent flight while sitting in back, the FA asked me by name if I would like a drink. I knew right then that she knew I was a MVPG. I smiled at her and got a drink.

My seat mate then asked me (in front of the FA) why she knew my name, I responded that sometimes some of us just fly a little too often and the FA's remember us.

That got a smile from the FA. I don't remember flying with that FA before, but at least she played along.

Good thing my seatmate did not ask how come I didn't have to pay for the drink.
