I live a few miles from you in Palo Alto, have been a 1K for 3-4 years, and have never gotten a card from a pilot. Although it isn't very important to me, it is a nice touch for pilots to do that -- on longer flights, the pilots don't have much to do so why not do some no-cost customer relations?
