Currently, O'Hare's heating and refrigeration plant sits between Terminal 3 (AA) and Terminal 5 (International). A decade ago, there is a proposal to replace it with a new Terminal 4. See

As others have noted, the old interim International terminal in the parking structure was also called Terminal 4.
