Yes, walk-in service available at ROP Service Centre in majors THAI booking offices (Silom, Larn Luang, and Vibhavadi-Rangsit). I'd usually go to the head office on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road.
Are you saying you sent scanned copies, not the original boarding passes?

Is Vibhavadi Rangsit at the THAI HQ building next to the tollway going to Don Muang?
