I did LONE4 couple years ago and got some awesome tips from FT, so here we go again

This time I'm planning Global Explorer 26k trip but I'm having hard time understanding the rules.

Would this be valid routing and under 26k? I have no idea how to calculate the miles? Can I do short stop (under 24h) in all connection points?

DFW-LAS (stopover)
LAS-SFO (surface)
SFO-HNL (stopover)
HNL-SYD (connection)
SYD-AKL (stopover)
