I found a routing that may suit us:

OSL-LHR-JFK / 4 nights stopover / JFK-MIA / 6-7 nights stopover / MIA-LHR-OSL.

What do you think? I guess this would please both parties.

I know California is very nice any time of year, but personally I've been there many times already. Never been to FL.
