SIN - T3 SKL since you will be departing from T3. You may arrive at T2, in which case, you could check out the T2 SKL, but there isn't really any reason to bother.

FRA/MUC - LH business lounges are your only option. Unless you have a *G card which would get you into the SEN lounges...
UA RCC is also an option at FRA. Possibly better than LH business, especially OP arrives into C.
