yes you can change your seats after olci.

you can you do it either thru olci (using the "seat selection" option/link) and/or you can do it via the chicken at the airport (i've done it using both methods)

and of course, you can always check with an agent at the gate to see if it happened to open up at that late point in time (which can happen if someone's u/g cleared at the gate)
